Troubleshooting integrated shipping services

The rates returned by the provider are lower or higher than what you expect
If this is the case you need to check that the weight and product dimensions are correct in the product details. You should then calculate the girth (2x Width + 2x Height) and measure the length of the package to get the package dimension. You can see the UPS instructions here . Please note that if you have multiple products in the order the system will make some calculations and find the best package size for those products. It is rather quite accurate in calculating this. Most services offer a shipping calculator and you should use this service to compare the values returned by the providers and to see which services are available for which destinations. I get the message on the checkout that states "The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations"
The above message is from UPS, but similar messages are displayed by all other providers. Please note that not all services are available for all destinations. Most providers use different services for different locations, depending on the availability. e.g. UPS Ground service can not be used for international deliveries. The above message could also mean that the destination country or the zip/postcode entered into shopping cart is incorrect.
I'm getting errors such as Invalid Access License number or invalid username or password
If this is the case then something is wrong with the details you have entered into the shipping service fields. You need to look at the setup steps for your service and make sure that you haven't missed anything. If you're unsure please contact your shipping provider and obtain these details from them.
How do I change the field types for shipping options
The shipping option services under "Choose Shipping Option" are always displayed as a dropdown menu and this can not be changed. As for the returned services under "Available Shipping Options" these are always displayed in the form of a radio button and this is also something that can not be changed.
